Mission Statement

The Baltimore Area Convention and Visitors Association (BACVA), a membership-based organization, is the official destination development and marketing leader for Greater Baltimore, responsible for generating incremental economic benefit to the community through the attraction of convention and leisure visits.

Description

Volunteers at Visitor Center, Convention Center Kiosks, and Headquarters offices sell Baltimore as a destination to visitors. They provide detailed tourist advice through strong customer service and providing member brochures and information packets for Baltimore attractions, events, restaurants, accommodations and tours (BACVA members) and sell attraction tickets and make hotel reservations to leisure travelers, conventioneers, and area residents.
