Mission Statement

To develop, provide, and disseminate models and programs of excellence that support and enhance the physical, emotinal, and intellectual functioning of blind and visually impaired persons, without regard to age race, sex, ethnicity, religious affiliation or affectional preferance. The Guild strives to achieve our goals in a manner consistend with compassion for those we serve and recognition of their personal dignity, appropriate professinal practice and ethical standards and dedication to integrity in our organizational purposes and relationships.
