To care for child victims of abuse, neglect and abandonment through shelter, support, education and advocacy in working with appropriate community partnerships.

Description

1.Emergency Shelter for children ages birth-18 yrs, regardless of race, religion or national origin. 2. Child Advocacy and Assessment Center providing forensic services including video/audio taped forensic intervies, sexual assualt medical examinations and therapy. 3.Project SafePlace runaway and homeless youth project.

Rainbow House is so committed to making the lives of children better. They have overcome so much adversity and still keep their eyes on the goal. I am proud to say I am a volunteer for Rainbow House! The actual staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met, they always make you feel welcome and always remind you that your time is precious and you're always rewarded by knowing you've helped a child!
