Mission Statement

The MISSION of CureSearch is to raise funds and awareness to conquer childhood cancer. These funds support the work of the National Childhood Cander Foundation and the Children's Oncology Group, the leading organization of doctors and scientists dedicated to the discovery and compassionate cures for infants, children, teens and young adults with cancer at over 200 institutions throughout America and abroad.

Description

St. Baldrick's is a head-shaving event to raise money for childhood cancer research. Each "shavee" collects donations from friends and families to support the cause. They attend an event in their area, where they are shorn along with other shavees. The funds collected support CureSearch.
