To provide accurate information about the nature and transfer of HIV/AIDS. To identify the presence of the virus through free and accessible testing. To help those living with the virus to manage their illness and maintain their dignity.

Description

Provides testing, outreach, and education to 7 counties about HIV/STI. Provides case management to HIV positive persons and their families.
