Mission Statement

MEASE MANOR MISSION It is the mission of Mease Manor, Inc., to provide senior adults with residence, services and support, at a fair and reasonable cost, which will maximize their independence and ensure the highest possible quality of life. The strength of Mease Manor is build upon a shared set of values, beliefs and commitments regarding our residents, the community and our employees. The Trustees, Management and Staff of Mease Manor are dedicated to the highest professional standards and a shared belief in the dignity of the individual. We believe that love, sharing and caring can make a difference for everyone. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE Our purpose for carrying out this mission is to: (a) provide a residential setting where our residents can live without the burdens associated with home ownership, housekeeping and property maintenance. (b) provide a residential setting where our residents have the opportunity to be fully occupied mentally, fully engaged socially and as physically active as their abilities allow. (c) make available continuum of care services which enable our residents to live in the least restrictive setting possible. (d) provide the support services necessary to encourage security and to preserve the personal dignity of our residents. Adopted by Mease Manor, Inc.
