A CASA is a childs voice in court.

Description

A CASA(Court Appointed Special Advocate) is a volunteer appointed by the Courts to supprt or represent the rights of an abused or neglected child, a deliquent child, or a child involved in a family dispute. Responsibilities cinclude investigating the circumstances surrounding the case, making independent recommendations of what is in the child's best interest, and monitoring the case until a permanent plan is approved by the Court.
