Mission Statement

Community Emergency Response Training (CER-T) is designed to train citizens in emergency preparedness and basic response techniques to take care of themselves and to help others in their communities following a disaster.

Description

The purpose of CER-T is to provide citizens with the basic skills required to handle virtually all their own needs and then to be able to respond to their communities' needs for the first three days following a disaster, in the instance emergency personnel are unable to respond directly.
