Description

The WISE Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is an advocacy group designed to help protect and ensure the rights of seniors housed in skilled nursing and residential care facilities for the elderly. Ombudsmen help inform and educate residents and thier families about thier rights in these facilities, as well as help resolve complaints and address issues residents may face during thier stay.
