Mission Statement

To serve the elderly, destitute, the sick and other who need human assistance. HALO through a network of volunteers, will spend time with those who need to talk to someone, share their thoughts and provide solace to thise who are in such need.

Description

We like to refer to ourselves as friends to those who otherwise wouldn't have anyone. We offer emotional support to those who need it.
