To provide safe, decent, and affordable housing for low-income seniors, and improve their quality of life.

Description

We are a retirement community for low-income seniors. Our 1-bedroom apartments are HUD subsidized, meaning rent is based on income. We pay the heat and water, and we allow 1 qualifying pet 15 lbs. or under.
