Mission Statement

The mission of the Robbins Hunter Museum is to preserve the Avery Downer House, its collection, the Robbins Hunter testamentary trust and to provide cultural and educational exhibitions.

Description

The Robbins Hunter Museum and Gardens seeks to perpetuate its facility and collections and to educate and unite the community. The museum is meticulously restored and furnished with 19th century decorative arts acquired by the original owners and collectors.

The museum hosts Victorian tea parties, lectures, special exhibits and community events.
