Mission Statement

Chochmat HeLev (Wisdom of the Heart) is an independent Jewish learning center dedicated to the transmission of Jewish meditation and spiritual wisdom. We seek to strengthen studentsâ  commitment to inner practice by providing the opportunity to experience and learn about the Jewish spiritual tradition, integrate its wisdom into contemporary understanding and investigate its texts. We welcome students from every background and on all levels. Through our training programs, we prepare advanced students to become meditation and spiritual leaders so that they may better serve the needs of their communities and contribute to the revitalization of all people.
