HOW/True Reflection is run by a young group of diverse entrepreneurs in the related fields of art, entertainment, fashion, film, events, science, music, engineering, education, wellness and fitness industries. We are inspired to build a team of caring innovative individuals with a passion to give back and make a difference in the world around them.
True Reflection's Healing Art Program is a unique healing and empowerment course of preventative and transformational education. It drives and guides children to recover, learn and grow. We teach them positive ways to cope with their feelings and daily strife by increasing awareness of self through analytical reflection of the children's art. This spontaneous art-making process, intertwined with educational lessons, therapeutic exercises, creative writing and group discussions, helps build awareness of self and inspires new perspectives and positive affirmations.
True Reflection's Vocational Arts Training Program, provides training in craft making for adults, creating opportunity for their art to emerge into sustainable small business opportunities, which empowers them and their community.
We work beyond aid: subsidizing, purpose, capacity, dignity, guiding children and adults to evolve and cultivate by providing opportunities for education and art healing locally and worldwide.
