Pathways Hospice, based in Quincy, Massachusetts, is dedicated to providing the best possible care for pediatric and adult patients and their loved ones. Above all, we respect the dignity of our terminally ill patients, and we will do everything we can to protect it.
We are also strongly committed to easing the burden on our patients and their families by providing outstanding specialized care in addition to a wide variety of services and assistance--whatever is required to meet our patients' individual and unique needs.
Pathways Hospice's services go beyond managing the physical symptoms of our patients. We offer a wide range of hospice care services to help bring peace, acceptance and relief to both our pediatric and adult patients and their loved ones during the final stages of life.
For most of us, there is no place quite as reassuring and comfortable as our home. That's why our experienced team provides education and guidance to make certain that our patients and their loved ones receive competent, compassionate hospice care in the security of home. We will help our patients live the final days of life to the fullest, in the comfort of home, surrounded by family.
At Pathways Hospice we seek to build loving relationships while we ensure dignity, encourage family support, relieve symptoms and control pain. In addition, we offer family bereavement support for at least a year after death. Based on the strength of our relationships, many of our patients and their loved ones consider us a part of their family.
