Make a difference in the lives of adult immigrants and refugees who come to our programs to learn English.
The Cedar Riverside Adult Education Collaborative comprises 3 partner organizations: Minneapois Public Schools ABE; Brian Coyle Community Center; and Riverside Plaza Tenants Association. Our mission is to assure that adult learners develop confidence, knowledge, and skills to meet their goals as parents and family members, workers and citizens. We provide ESL, computer, and citizenship classes to adult immigrants and refugees living in the Cedar Riverside neighborood. Classes are held in the Community rooms of the Riverside Plaza High Rise housing complex; the Brian Coyle Community Center; and in the Riverside Plaza Resident Resource Center which also houses the computer lab.
