The Department of Juvenile Justice Mission Statement: The Governor's mission is to raise personal incomes of South Carolininas by creating a better environment for economic growth, delivering government services more openly and efficiently, improving quality of life, and improving our state's education. The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice supports the Governor's mission by protecting the public and reclaiming juveniles through prevention, community programs, education and rehabilitative services in the least restrictive environment
