Cindy's Legacy provides financial assistance, care packages, administrative support and resources/referrals to cancer patients and their families across the nation.
Description
Cindy's Legacy is a 501(c)3 charitable organization founded in honor of Cindy Martin, a native of Northern Virginia, dedicated mother and beloved hairstylist who lost her battle to brain cancer in 2011. Because of Cindy's story, her family is launching this organization to provide financial relief and personal administrative support to cancer fighters and their families, during their greatest time of need. We currently serve the greater Northern Virginia region.

Cindy's Legacy is a great organization to volunteer for. We're working for a great cause, which is to provide financial assistant to cancer patients. Volunteering for Cindy's Legacy, you will work alongside wonderful people with a true passion to help people. Not only that, but you'll have fun! Our first event, which was a Golf event over the summer, we were all able to have fun, but at the same time we were able to raise money that will go to someone in need. Cindy's Legacy is a great volunteer experience, so if you share the same passion for helping people as we do, then this is the right organization for you to volunteer for!
