The mission of Community ACtion Programs Inter-City, Inc. (CAPIC) is to identify and address the needs, problems and concerns of those in poverty and to enable the individually poor to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency.

Description

The vision of CAPIC is to promote the philosophy of self-sufficiency throughout our programs and in the communities we serve. CAPIC will work to develop increased opportunities to aid the residents of Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop (MA) and beyond to realize self-sufficiency.
