Mission Statement
Citizens for Adequate Housing is a non-profit organization striving to end homelessness one family at a time. We do this by providing shelter, resources for housing and education, and a caring, supportive staff.
Description
There are three facets to citizens for Adequate housing. The first is the Inn Transition house which is a residential sober living facility, this program helps rehabilitate and prepare women and men to live out their recovery in their own home. The Inn Between house offers emergency shelter to homeless families and works towards self-sufficiency. Inn Homes includes many off site apartment buildings that are owned and monitored by citizens for adequate housing at a reduced rate to homeless families. All three programs offer resources for permanent housing and further education. The true goal of CAH is to help each family, whether homeless or dealing with recovery to live the best life that they can live.
