Here's a sample of our volunteer opportunities:VIEW AS
(1) encourage and assist in funding an animal population control preogram through spaying/neutering animals; (2) work to return lost and found animals to their rightful owners; (3) find suitable homes through adoption for strays if their rightful owners are not found; (4) encourage people to treat their animals kindly and responsibly and keep them healthy.
Animal Aid of Cortland is concerned with the escalating numbers of homeless animals in our own and surrounding communities. Our low-cost spay/neuter program is open to everyone, and targets cats and dogs as young as 6 weeks of age. We also provide assistance through our trap/neuter/return program for feral cats, and through our adoption projects.
