Mission Statement

The Mission of LCDC is to preserve, construct, and rehabilitate housing units in Lincoln County, to provide rental and home ownership opportunities for those who cannot afford market rate housing. The organization is committed to serving as advocate and facilitator for the development of safe and decent shelter, maintaining long term affordability of the housing stock and accomplish its mission in a climate where the constituents are treated fairly and with dignity.
