S.D. Spady Elementary Montessori Magnet School

Description

The staff, students and parents at S.D. Spady Elementary Montessori Magnet School work diligently to create a learning environment of peace and social justice. Our school needs support in several arenas: from our recycling program to gardening projects, community literacy and tutoring to the Montessori Model United Nations, we have many diverse opportunities for volunteers from all walks of life.

At this time, we are specifically planning an "EARTH DAY PUBLIC ART IN DELRAY" project. We want to bring together staff & students from every Delray Beach school to participate in this project. We are looking for teens and adults to help us plan and implement this project and create a work of public art every year on Earth Day (April 22nd).
