Mission Statement
UnderShare, Inc. is dedicated to providing NEW packages of undergarments to service shelters of America, in order to provide those in need with clean, new underwear, socks, bras, diapers and pantyhose of their own. We are mostly volunteers in their 20s and 30s(but volunteers of all ages have been and continue to be involved) who wish to teach volunteerism to co-workers, high school and college students, and our neighbors. UnderShare has donated diapers, socks, bras, underpants, undershirts, pantyhose, and toiletries to individual street persons, childrens homes, homeless hotels, battered womens shelters, the Walter Hoving Home, Union Station Foundation, Valley Rescue Mission, the Los Angeles Mission, the Weingart Center and the Salvation Army. UnderShare has held underwear drives with the cooperation of the USC film school, the UCLA law school, UC Berkeley, VIC, campfire girls troops, and the town of Ridge Crest. Undershare has gratefully received assistance from Jackie Halpern Foundation, Jack Corwin Foundation,BGE, WMA, PolyGram Filmed Entertainment, Twentieth Century Fox, Jeri Ryan, Jonathan Silverman, McKenzie Westmore, Jacinda Barrett, Jon Landau, Kevin Spacey, Heather Graham, Jon Favreau and more!

UnderShare Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation dedicated to providing new diapers, underwear, socks, bras, and toiletries to the homeless and sexual assault crisis and prevention service groups. Based in Los Angeles, California, UnderShare is entirely comprised of volunteers who plan fundraising events and accept donations in order to accomplish our goals. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
