Mission Statement

To facilitate the provision of neighborhood services for limited English speakers and to involve those individuals in promoting strong families and improving the quality of life for all residents of Chesterfield County.

Description

To establish community based centers where educational classes for limited English speaking youth and adults are held. The intent is to help these individuals and families to better understand how to access public and private services.
