Description

Kobi's Promise is a small foster-based all breed animal rescue located in Central Maryland dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming abused neglected and homeless pets.

All of our adoptable dogs are fully up to date on vaccinations, current on heartworm and flea preventative and spayed or neutered prior to adoption (if age-appropriate).

It is our promise to each dog that enters Kobi's Promise that they will never again find themselves alone, hungry, abandoned or have reason to be afraid. Once a dog becomes a Kobi's Promise dog, we stand behind that dog for the rest of their lives, and are always here for them if they ever need us for any reason whether it has been one day or ten years.
