Given the current situation or life we are living world over youth need to sit and open up their mindset very well on how they can manage to plan for their communities and where they want their communities to be or look like in the next few years to come. The have to sit and ask them selves what have they added on what our elders and grandparents did up on the development we are seeing. For me i started a charity working in Rural Uganda called Skills Project Uganda mainly building it on three beliefs that is to say ...Shared Discussions, Shared Development and hence Shared Happiness... Purposely because i wanted us to work together as a community to with a collective voice to development among our selves with out asking help either from the government or donors but self willingly if they fill like supporting, then we welcome the idea collectively. This has pushed us to the next level and more so reducing unemployment though a few are still loitering on streets looking for jobs.
