The Floyd Center strives to be a vital community partner, designing opportunities for cultural, economic, and environmental sustainability through the celebration and facilitation of human creativity. We value art as essential to life. We embrace our region’s heritage and landscape. We see education as the active preservation and expansion of the heart and soul of our community. We consider ourselves to be a model for rural renewal and artistic livelihoods. Our campus in Floyd is an expression of our vision, dedicated to providing an accessible, welcoming, and engaging venue for all.
