To improve the political, educational, social, and economic status of minorities; to eliminate prejudices regardless of of their reason, race, color, age, sex, religion, national origin, marital status, or disability. To remain consistent with the efforts, and policies of the National organizaton of the NAACP.

Description

Founded in 1909, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) is the nation's oldest and largest civil rights organization. Its half-million adult and youth members throughout the U.S. and the world are the premier advocates for civil rights in thier communities, conducting voter mobilization and monitoring equal opportunity in the public and private sectors.
