The School House Station and Vista Grande Communities are part of the Mercy Housing California System. Mercy Housing California is a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing for people that are economically poor. Both School House Station and Vista Grande Communities are apartment dwellings for families, seniors, and individuals. Programs are provided to the residents on-site to promote: independent living, the development of youth leadership, and improved personal health and social responsibility.
