Team Enhancement Center

Description

Team Enhancement Group Center is a nonprofit agency providing programs for children, youths and young adults in the Greater Los Angeles area. TEC provides a wide variety of programs designed to nurture the natural gifts of the individual, develop strong interpersonal skills, encourage positive relationships and foster a strong sense of individual responsibility for creating one’s future . To accomplish this goal, young people must be in a caring and inclusive learning environment that promotes their best effort and reinforces self respect.

Each TEC program teaches specific skills in a supportive environment that empowers the individual to see where they can make positive changes in their life. TEC instructors not only serve as teachers but are mentors to their students as well.

The goal of TEC 4 Youth is to encourage every young person to believe and achieve, and motivate them to turn their dreams into reality. TEC helps youth explore their potential in a safe and nurturing environment, and ultimately lets them make the impossible, possible. Team Enhancement Centers welcomes all youth from all walks of life and economic backgrounds. TEC will give them the opportunity to discover their talents, enhance their gifts, and encourage them to believe in themselves while building confidence that will last a lifetime.
