The mission of Tranquility Hospice is to provide quality care and excellence in care with a comprehensive, centrally administered, medically directed, nurse coordinated program at home and institutional caring for each patient and the patient's family as our own family creating wonderful memories for beautiful people.

Description

Tranquility Hospice offers palliative and supportive care to meet the special needs arising out of physical, emotional and spiritual stresses experienced during the final stages of illness and during dying and bereavement. Services include, but are not limited to, visits by a licensed physician, routine home care, general inpatient care, respite and continuous care. Dietary consultation and speech therapy may also be provided. Professional care remains just a phone call away 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
