Mission Statement

Lutheran Social Services of North Florida's mission is to develop, fund, implement, and administer new programs to address the unmet needs of the low-income residents of the community and the not-for-profit human service agencies that serve them. The primary purpose of the agency is to work with area agencies and funding sources to develop and implement programs to fill current gaps in the human services delivery system.

Description

LSSNF serves homeless, disabled, and low-income families with minor children by providing transitional housing, permanent housing, and emergency day care assistance.

Support is also provided for area agencies and their clients through the Computer Refurbishing and Technical Assistance Center, a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher. The Center refurbishes donated computers for distribution to area agencies and their clients at no cost.
