"The King's Daughter Mentoring Academy" or KD, as the girls affectionately refer to is a mentoring program designed to spend quality time with young girls ages 7-11. Our mission is to teach them to embrace the joy of being a woman through creative mentoring, personal empowerment, community service, academic excellence & cultural exposure. Each year KD hosts a mentoring academy that lasts 5-12 weeks (varies based upon program objectives). We offer exciting opportunities to affirm their self-esteem, encourage teamwork, give back to the community, showcase their talent & embrace relationship with family and friends. The yearly program fosters a time of building relationship, focused mentoring & group dynamics. The energy of KD is absolutely awe inspiring.
