Mission Statement
The mission of Main Line Deputy Dog is to facilitate greater independence for people with physical disabilities or psychiatric challenges. A Deputy Dog can perform a range of tasks that makes their owner’s life much easier. Within a network of experts and volunteers, MLDD teaches people with disabilities how to train their own dogs to become fully certified service dogs. Main Line Deputy Dog agrees not to discriminate against any volunteer, employee or job candidate because of his/her race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy), physical or mental disability, or age. (40 or older)

Main Line Deputy Dog trainers help a disadvantaged person train a dog to perform tasks. Having a Deputy Dog enables people to function with greater independence and confidence.
Whether training a dog for assistance with in-home tasks or a dog that helps you better function in mainstream society, a Deputy Dog can be your greatest asset,as well as your best friend.
