Mission Statement

The mission of Main Line Deputy Dog is to facilitate greater independence for people with physical disabilities or psychiatric challenges. A Deputy Dog can perform a range of tasks that makes their owner’s life much easier. Within a network of experts and volunteers, MLDD teaches people with disabilities how to train their own dogs to become fully certified service dogs. Main Line Deputy Dog agrees not to discriminate against any volunteer, employee or job candidate because of his/her race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy), physical or mental disability, or age.
