Mission Statement
Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit incorporated in 1989 with the mission to
develop homes and employment for people with disabilities. Community Options operates in 37
cities across 10 states supporting thousands of people with disabilities and their families with the
help of over 2,600 employees.
Philosophy: All persons, regardless of their level of disability, can and should live and work in
the community with dignity, choice, and self-determination

Cupid’s Chase 5K Nationwide 5K Run for People with Disabilities Saturday, February 11, 2012
Cupid’s Chase is a national 5K Run that takes place in 24 cities, throughout 10 states, on the same day and at the same time. Community Options, Inc.(COI) is the host of the national Cupid’s Chase 5K Run. COI is a national nonprofit that has been developing community-based homes and employment supports for people with disabilities since 1989.
The Cupid’s Chase 5K Run has been branded by Community Options as a national fundraiser and is held in major cities across the country including: New York City, Binghamton, Syracuse, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Nashville, Chattanooga, Cookeville, Irmo, Amarillo, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Dallas, Lubbock, Hartford, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Las Cruces, Bowling Green, Murray, Princeton, Glen Rock and Stone Harbor. All 5K’s are USATF Certified.
The Chattanooga Cupid's Chase 5K Run will be located at the Tennessee Riverpark at Robinson's Bridge/Hubeert Fry Pavilion. Registration begins at 8:30 am and the Run begins promptly at 10:00 am!
