The Foster Grandparent Program brings older adults into the lives of at risk children who need support in the areas of social, emotional and education.

Description

The Foster Grandparent Program provides services in Head Start Programs and Chicago Public Schools. The grandparents encourage and motivate the children to achieve goals in reading, math, and science. The grandparents, help to build self esteem in the children and give them a sense of pride.
