SoMa West Interactive Neighborhood Group (a.k.a SWING!) is the brainchild of a group of concerned San Francisco residents and business owners who not only care about the issues that directly affect the SoMa West neighborhood, but who believe in an active approach and are willing to invest the time and energy needed to effect positive change.
