Mission Statement

DIVINE MERCY HOSPICE, INC.'s mission is to provide the terminally ill patient and their loved ones with the support and care they require to live their lives comfortably. Our Hospice team strives to enable the patient and family to maintain dignity and the quality of life. Our goal is to achieve physical, emotional and spiritual comfort. We strive to empower the patient and/or family by providing them with the tools, information and support they need to make decisions. We provide ongoing support for family and friends for as long as needed. We believe that hospice care should be available to any and all persons with an illness for which there is no cure and a limited life expectancy.

Description

DIVINE MERCY HOSPICE, INC. exists to provide support and care to persons and their families who are in the final phase of living. Our goal is to enable them to preserve their human dignity and enrich the quality of their life. Support for the family and/or friends continue, after the death of the patient, for as long as necessary.
