My family and I were devoted volunteers here for the Thanksgiving meals annually. If it were not for a relocation 1000 miles away, we'd still be volunteering with St. Louis. Divine providence lead me there more than a decade ago and it was one of the best things that has ever happened to us in so many ways that cannot be expressed with 1000 characters or less. If you've volunteered elsewhere in the past for a meal ON thanksgiving, consider this. If you have thought you could but didn't know how, consider this. Take the lead.

To volunteer at St. Louis Food Pantry is the most awarding experience you will ever have. A lot of organizing during the week and getting things ready for Saturdays distribution is eye opening. St. Louis Food Pantry is one of the biggest pantries in the Austin area they serve a lot of people and give out a lot of food and Hygiene products. They can only serve those in their boundaries and St. Albert the Greats Catholic Church.
