Description

EdVillage is a global non-profit dedicated to bringing the best practices of school leadership and school development together to help education entrepreneurs and school leaders create great schools for low income students around the world. EdVillage plans to create a global alliance of schools and networks of schools that are focused on providing a high quality education, free of charge or at extremely low costs, to children from economically disadvantaged communities that provides them with key life skills and prepares them for university study. EdVillage will focus on supporting education entrepreneurs and school leaders through leadership training and on-the-ground support to start or improve quality schools modeled after some of the world’s best examples. EdVillage is currently supporting organizations in South Africa and India.
