Mission Statement

Our mission is to develop and implement tailored programs, educational initiatives and team activities that will serve to strengthen, develop and motivate our youth to become leaders in their families, nieghborhoods and communities.

Description

Our Primary program is call
"The B.O.Y.S."
The Board Of Young Successors
This program uses a format simulate that of a Board of Directors. The youngsters will take ownership of interesting projects and execute them from conception to completion. They will also attend work shops and activities that will motivate them to learn:
a. Respect
b. Responsibility
c. Accountability
d. Decision Making
e. Teamwork
f. Problem Resolution
g. Achievement

We have three other programs that we support. these program also include volunteer involvement and support from "The B.O.Y.S."

  • Structured Educational Programs:
    We have developed an after school program to provide tutoring to students from both their peers and professionals.
  • Community Service Events:
    We will sponsor and/or manage activities and programs at local Businesses, Churches, Schools and Community Centers.
  • Battered Woman and Children:
    We plan to work with established organizations in the community that work with children of dysfunctional families.

This is an organization of very dedicated people that are a pleasure to work with. Their cause is focused on promoting youth leadership in the commuity.
