Mission Statement

The Black Rose Acoustic Society is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the education, performance, enjoyment and preservation of all types of traditional acoustic music in the Black Forest and Colorado Springs area.



Description

The Black Rose Acoustic Society curently has several areas of support for its mission:

A music school offering group classes and private lessons for students of all ages.

A bi-weekly open stage allowing local performers to gain experince performing in front of a live audience.

Periodic special concerts presenting acoustic music performers both local and national that the Pikes Peak area would normally never get the opportunity to see and hear.

A yearly scholarship program offering scholarships to local musicians and beginners who cannot afford classes or lessons.
