  • A profound respect for all people
  • An openness to change, growth and development
  • A passion for excellence in everything we do
  • A commitment to help our staff to be the best it can be

Harbor Hospice is a vital part of the health care community in East Texas. Our intent is to be a good neighbor in the business of providing Hospice care for everyone who needs it. We seek to involve all segments of the community and to solicit their support.

Harbor Hospice provides compassionate care for patients with terminal illnesses and support for their families.

Harbor Hospice is Medicare and Medicaid certified to provide end-of-life care to their beneficiaries. Harbor Hospice maintains memberships in the Texas Non-Profit Alliance, Texas-New Mexico Hospice Organization and National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.

Through its membership in the Texas Non-Profit Hospice Alliance, Harbor Hospice has contracts to provide care to the insured of almost all major insurance companies operating in Texas. The Alliance is a statewide network of not-for-profit agencies that directs patient referral to the appropriate member hospice based on geographical location.

Harbor Hospice is unique in that we provide care regardless of ability to pay.
