The Arc of New Jersey promotes and protects the human rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes; and is committed to enhancing the quality of life of those individuals and their families through advocacy, empowerment, education and prevention.

Description

The Arc of New Jersey is a human rights advocacy organization actively committed to full community participation and inclusion across the lifespan for all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With a local county chapter of The Arc in every county of New Jersey, The Arc provides advocacy, support and direct services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the lifespan.
