Mission Statement
To educate the American public to nationalize (not Federalize) the 50 States' professional licensing system. The States' system is redundant, costly and discriminatory.------------------------------------------------------------------------ This reform will provide more competition, reduce government duplication, lower consumer costs, maximize professional accountability & consumer protection, allow for properly regulated cyber space professional practice and many more consumer benefits.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Through education we want to facilitate the establishment of a citizen's grassroots coalition which will identify the first professional occupation to become nationalized, NOT FEDERALIZED. Each National Professional Licensing Board will be a non-profit organization and will receive its' government authority from an Act of Congress after its' physical establishment. This will provide a smooth transition of licensing authority. The citizen's grassroots coalition will make sure the new National Licensing Boards have non-licensed citizen oversight committees which will provide accountability to the American public.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Paul Spung, copyright 2005
