Our mission is to insure that every child receives education, physical, and emotional support through nurturing the needs in school, at home, and in the community to learn well.

Description

Our program is a collaborative that brings parents, teachers, and community based organization together to better meet the needs of family members by providing referral, on-site counseling, tutoring as well as insurance enrollment to name only a few activities we manage.
