Mission Statement

The Wisconsin Museum of Quilts & Fiber Arts is dedicated to the creation, education and preservation of our time-honored fiber arts traditions.

Description

From our 1850s farmstead just east of downtown Cedarburg, we operate a museum and education facility in a restored barn. We are open Wednesdays through Sundays, offering docent-led tours, classes and workshops for adults and children, quilt documentation and more. Some volunteers work to maintain our collection, help with buildings and grounds, and with general management of the museum. Some volunteers have an interest in our historic German farm buildings. All volunteers enjoy our friendly, attractive and restful setting!
