Family Pathfinders is a Texas community-based partnership of volunteer teams from faith-based organizations, non-profit/civic groups, and businesses helping families along the path to self-sufficiency

Description

Mentoring teams are assigned to help low-income families overcome everyday obstacles like finding transporation, child care, getting job skills, making a financial budget, and helping augment the self-esteem of program participants.
