Mission Statement

To provide nutritionally balanced meals to the elderly, homebound and frail of the Greater Corning-Painted Post area who are unable to prepare or obtain meals for themselves.

Description

Established in 1966, CMoW is a volunteer-driven, nonprofit food service program supplying 2/3 of daily nutritional requirements to homebound clients 5 days a week. Clients receive hot noon meals, cold suppers and supplemental breakfast items. Arrangements can be made for weekend frozen meals. Doctor prescribed therapeutic diets available. Both short and long-term durations accepted. Donations are suggested, but no qualifying person aged 60 or over is denied service due to inabilty to pay.
